Dr Blaschke studied dentistry at the University of Giessen Germany, obtaining a postgraduate degree in Prosthodontics. Christian’s passion in Implants has lead to extensive post graduate training in this field with the completion of his Masters of Oral Implantology at the University of Frankfurt.
Dr Blaschke was the first person in Australasia to offer his patients metal-free ceramic dental implants. He was directly involved with ceramic implant research leading to the first commercially available zirconia implant.
Dr Blaschke currently works as a PPF for the University of Otago New Zealand, supervising final year students as well as post graduates in Oral Surgery and Oral rehabilitation.
With 25 years experience Dr Christian Blaschke is a great asset to Wholistic Dentistry. Christian travels to our surgery twice a year.
